Complaints & Refunds

1. Right to Complain
You have the right to file a complaint if the delivered service materially deviates from the ordered scope or does not match the product description. We handle complaints fairly and without undue delay.
2. How to File a Complaint
Send an email to hello@getevvy.ai with the subject "Complaint – [order number]". Describe the issue and include your order number visible in the customer dashboard. We will respond within 14 business days.
3. Grounds for Complaint
You may file a complaint in particular when: (a) the number of delivered leads is significantly lower than ordered; (b) SEO content does not match the specified industry or language; (c) the output contains factual errors that prevent its use. We do not handle complaints about subjective assessment of AI-generated content style or tone.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply once the output has been delivered. If a complaint is upheld, we will offer to re-run the task or issue a credit for a future order. Cash refunds are available only in cases required by applicable law.
5. Consumers – EU Law
If you are a consumer under EU regulations, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). For digital services delivered at your express request before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal lapses when the service begins.
